The Brown Thumb Program
The Brown Thumb Program offers free workshops and events tailored to support minority entrepreneurs in local communities. Our flagship offering, the "Small Business on a Budget" workshop series, consists of two informative sessions designed to help aspiring business owners create a business plan, set up a website, and develop a brand identity—all within a budget-friendly framework. These sessions are primarily hosted in community libraries and K-12 classrooms, making them accessible to many participants.
The Brown Thumb Project is a groundbreaking initiative to support emerging Black and Brown entrepreneurs in crafting their unique brand identities and media kits without breaking the bank. For a nominal fee, business owners can explore our extensive catalog of unused designs and request customized adaptations that align perfectly with their vision. This project ensures that high-quality branding resources are accessible to all, fostering growth and success in minority-owned businesses.
