The brand sources fair trade cocoa beans from dedicated Ivory Coast and Ghana farmers, ensuring the finest quality while supporting sustainable cocoa farming through the Cocoa Horizons Foundation. Midunu Chocolates are meticulously handcrafted artisanal treats, showcasing the flavors and essences of Africa with Ghanaian cocoa as their base. Experience a symphony of flavors that echo the continent’s rich culinary tapestry—fruits, spices, coffee, teas, and tisanes blend seamlessly in these complex profiles.

Each truffle at Midunu Chocolates is named after inspirational African women, honoring their culinary contributions across the continent. Prepare for an unforgettable journey through Africa with every bite, where the essence of diverse landscapes and cultures converge.

Savanna Premium Chocolate is proudly led by women entrepreneurs Lynn and Chiinga from Zambia, both renowned for their award-winning expertise in chocolate making.

Savanna Premium Chocolate exclusively uses the finest African cocoa beans as a single-origin bean-to-bar chocolate maker. Their mission is to establish a global presence for luxury African chocolates while enhancing the cocoa bean industry's value chain across the continent.

Committed to purity, Savanna Premium Chocolate products contain no preservatives, additives, artificial flavors, or colors. Their milk and white chocolates are crafted with pure cocoa butter, avoiding cheap substitutes to maintain uncompromised quality.

Dapaah Chocolates, rooted in a multi-generational legacy of Ghanaian cocoa cultivation, was inspired by founder Raphael's visit to his maternal grandmother's cocoa plantation in Ghana. Founded alongside siblings Kwaku and Afia Valerie, Dapaah specializes in handcrafted bean-to-bar chocolates made in micro batches with organic cocoa from Ghana and premium ingredients sourced across Africa. Completely dairy-free and suitable for vegans and lactose-intolerant individuals, their chocolates undergo meticulous processing—hand sorting, roasting, cracking, and winnowing of cocoa beans, followed by up to 72 hours of coaching in melanges.

Each bar is tempered by hand, ensuring a velvety-smooth texture, crisp snap, and impeccable quality verified through rigorous inspections before being wrapped and shipped worldwide to their discerning clientele.

'57 Chocolate, Ghana's pioneering bean-to-bar company, takes its name from the country's independence year, 1957. Founded by Pan-African sisters Kimberly and Priscilla in '57, it embodies the spirit of Ghana's Independence Day by transforming locally sourced cocoa beans into exquisite small-batch chocolates and confections since 2016. Their products reflect and celebrate African art and culture, aiming to inspire Ghanaian youth to innovate and manufacture premium products within their country rather than exporting raw materials.

Kimberly's passion for Chocolate was sparked during a factory tour in Switzerland, motivating her to learn chocolate-making at home in Ghana. Her favorite '57 Chocolate is the Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt. Priscilla has similarly embraced chocolate-making from bean to bar, joining Kimberly on a journey to build a lasting legacy. Her favorite '57 Chocolate is the Milk Chocolate with Almonds and Sea Salt, reflecting their commitment to quality and innovation in Ghanaian chocolate production.

Blondery, founded by Auzerais Bellamy, began as a personal endeavor born from her culinary studies and a deep passion for baking. After refining her skills at Alain Ducasse's École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie and gaining hands-on experience at Bouchon Bakery in Yountville, Auzerais was inspired to introduce her family's beloved holiday blondies to New York City. Facing personal challenges, including a sudden relocation due to flooding in 2021, Auzerais persisted, eventually finding a permanent home in Peekskill. This move provided a retail space and centralized operations for baking, packing, and nationwide distribution.

Since its founding in 2018, Blondery has rapidly grown, securing partnerships with Bloomingdale's and Macy's and earning acclaim in major publications such as the New York Times and Forbes. Auzerais's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to quality have propelled Blondery's success, highlighted by accolades like the Citizens Small Business Community Champion Award and recognition from the US Chamber of Commerce. Continuing to innovate, Blondery remains a fixture in New York's culinary landscape, celebrated for its decadent blondies and ongoing collaborations with esteemed partners.

Chocolate Secrets is more than a gourmet chocolate and fine wine experience—it's a culinary destination offering Afternoon Tea, Chocolate Making Classes, and Wine and Chocolate Pairing Classes. Each chocolate at Chocolate Secrets is meticulously handcrafted with organic, natural, and premium ingredients, ensuring a decadent taste experience.

To preserve freshness, their chocolates are best enjoyed within 4-5 weeks of delivery and should be stored at room temperature with low humidity, away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Visitors are advised that all food items sold at Chocolate Secrets may contain allergens such as nuts, peanuts, wheat, milk, eggs, sesame, or soy, reflecting their commitment to quality and transparency in culinary offerings.

Founded in 2016 by Karla McNeil Rueda, Cru Chocolate is an artisanal drinking chocolate company rooted in sustainability and Mesoamerican cacao heritage. Emphasizing direct partnerships with farmers in Mesoamerica and the Caribbean, Cru Chocolate ensures the freshest and highest-quality ingredients for their handcrafted chocolates, which are meticulously formulated and packaged in-house.

Karla's background in engineering and sustainability, complemented by her training at the Chocolate Institute of Latin America and the Caribbean, underscores Cru Chocolate's commitment to artisanal bean-to-bar production.
